Trainee Sales Consultant Full-Time | Perth, WA Are you looking to kick-start a rewarding career in automotive sales? We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, eager to learn, and committed to developing a long‑term career in sales. About the Role As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will undertake structured training to develop the skills and competencies required to progress into a Sales Consultant role. You will learn how to achieve sales targets, build relationships with new and existing customers, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will be supported by experienced leaders and provided with ongoing training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Provide exceptional customer service at all times Report any customer dissatisfaction or potential service issues to the Department Manager Seek guidance on the appropriate handling of complaints Training & Development Participate in all required training and development activities Proactively identify additional training needs and discuss these with your Department Manager General Duties Support the sales team as required Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures Build strong working relationships with other departments to ensure smooth operations Assist with any other duties as required Skills & Experience Essential Completion of the MTAWA Salesperson Licensing Requirements Course Submission of an application for a WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson’s Licence Current, valid driver’s licence with the ability to drive a manual transmission Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong customer relationships that lead to sales High level of motivation, ambition, and commitment to succeed Well‑developed customer service skills Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions Why Join Us?
