Responsibilities Support the daily management of the restaurant. Lead the team through busy service periods, crew training, and proactive guest experience improvements. Support inventory and financial management as required. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment and communicate effectively with the team. Qualifications Experience leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment. Experience delivering exceptional customer service. Exceptional communication skills. Passion for inspiring, leading and developing your team.
