As Senior Contract Manager Manage a portfolio of complex and high-value contracts, including long-term agreements and other major commercial arrangements for large-scale energy projects. Oversee contract performance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve disputes in a timely manner. Conduct thorough compliance and integrity checks to ensure contractual commitments are sound. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, counterparties, and regulators. Manage a team of Contract Managers. To be successful, you will bring Significant experience in contract management, ideally within energy, critical infrastructure, or another highly regulated industry. Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial agreements and deliver strong outcomes. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks. A proactive, ethical, and detail-oriented approach, with a strong interest in the energy transition. Qualifications in business, finance, law, engineering, economics, or a related discipline. Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is advantageous. Experience in managing a team of contract managersis advantageous.
