The business provides electrical and mechanical support to our customer base. Our company is continuously growing with 45+ team members. We are seeking a mechanical supervisor who will fit within our dynamic team. Industries Served Food and beverage Wineries and bottling halls Quarrying Telecommunications Grain Storage and processing Concrete and aggregates Mining Services We Provide Shift coverage Automation – PLC, PAC, HMI and SCADA Instrumentation and control Calibrations Network and communication Air conditioning services Control cabinet and switchboard building Breakdown support EEHA – equipment in hazardous areas TUV – functional safety Electrical schematics/drawings Wind turbine maintenance Mechanical drafting Welding & Fabrication Mechanical fitting About the Role You will be required to: Lead a team of mechanical fitters and boilermakers Be flexible and undertake a wide range of work, including office and site duties Work within a team environment Have a can‑do attitude and passion for the industry Attend meetings and organise your team Utilise a fully maintained dual‑cab vehicle with fuel card (company vehicle) Wear uniform, use smart phone, power tools and hand tools provided Participate in additional training Receive RDOs – one day off per month and SA portable long service scheme Skills and Experience Trade qualified – mechanical fitter Certificate III Valid driver’s licence Strong focus on safety Self‑motivated Experience in leading a team Experience in fast‑pace FMCG facilities Exceptional fault‑finding skills Ability to read and interpret drawings Carrying out preventative breakdown maintenance on all machinery and conveyor systems Great communication skills with peers and clients Proven experience within mechanical fitting Experience with maintenance software and scheduling teams During the interview process you will be asked a series of questions in regards to your trade knowledge and experience.
