The Medical Imaging team based in Caboolture are on the lookout for a Part Time Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. This role is for 4 days per week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday – with rotational Saturdays and 6 weeks paid training provided. Our clinic provides a wide range of radiology services to patients including X‑Rays, CT Scans, Ultrasounds, MRI, Nuc Med, Women's imaging & BMD. This position is responsible for managing both in‑person and phone/computer based service to patients and practitioners, being able to multitask and provide high attention to detail is essential. Responsibilities Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking and directing incoming telephone calls. Make radiology exam bookings. General clerical duties. Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills. Liaise with other receptionists, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner.
