At Toll Group, we are proud to be expanding our Government and Defence portfolio through the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract. We're looking for skilled Spokerun / HR Drivers to help support and deliver all General Freight to Defence customers in a high professional manner. Based at Moorebank Military Area in Moorebank NSW you'll act as a critical bridge supporting both warehouse transport in delivering freight in and around NSW as required, assisting with loading vehicles and some assistance within the warehouse of picking / preparing freight for dispatch within the Defence and contractual obligations. How you'll make the right impact As a Spokerun / HR Driver , you'll play a key role in ensuring our Defence logistics operations run efficiently and in line with contract expectations. Responsibilities Ensuring the safe delivery of consignments with no damage Load your vehicle and restrain your load each day Complete safety vehicle checks Use of scanner and or complete paperwork when necessary Actively participate and attend safety and toolbox meetings Actively participate in incident investigations Comply with all legislated road laws and regulations, including both private and public networks Conduct all tasks within a customers' site or in public arena with professionalism Qualifications and Experience Ability to work both autonomously and in a close team environment Provide flexibility for the various distribution tasks required Ability to interact with a diverse team at all levels of the organisation's hierarchy Interpersonal awareness Ability to problem solve Openness and integrity Strong customer focus Ability to interpret and follow work procedures and instructions Eligibility to make the grade Application Requirements Be an Australian Citizen Provide a 5-year demerit point history check Hold a Valid HR Truck Licence Hold a LF Forklift Licence Be eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Defence Security Clearance (Baseline or higher) Be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including criminal history, medical, and other background assessments Next Steps Ready to use your analytical skills to drive improvements that matter?
