The role Our Recovery Specialists are responsible for providing specialist psychological recovery and rehabilitation services to workers/employees with psychological illness or injuries. Your career will be nurtured by working with a strong and supportive team of well‑respected industry leaders and subject‑matter experts. Key responsibilities Managing a caseload of rehabilitation files which may include Compensable Services, Corporate Rehabilitation, Medical Management Services, and The Resilient Me Program. Administer relevant psychological and vocational inventories, score tests and interpret test results. Attend case conferences with treating medical/allied health professionals to identify barriers and develop a plan for progression, based on shared goals, monitoring and case reviews. Provide workers with job seeking assistance with the assistance of ESC services where available. Assist clients with job skills training to enable them to exercise an appropriate level of independence in choosing and finding employment. Maintain regular liaison with clients and key stakeholders in performing vocational rehabilitation and counselling activities. Maintain up to date client records, including case notes and progress reports. Who will thrive in this role?
