We’re looking for a passionate Part Time Early Childhood Teacher who’s ready to make an impact every single day to the learning journeys of all children. Where you’ll work Situated in the newly built Red Cliffs Early Years Hub, Red Cliffs Kindergarten is supported by strong connections to local community programs and a team of experienced early years educators to deliver positive outcomes for all children. We are looking for educators with a passion for supporting children to achieve their goals to the best of their ability. Role Details Early Childhood Teacher Wednesday and Thursday – 8 : 30am to 4 : 00pm 15 contact hours + 7.5 non-contact hours = 22.5 hours per week Early Childhood Teacher Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 9 : 00am to 2 : 00pm 15 contact hours + 7.5 non-contact hours = 22.5 hours per week What You’ll Do In this hands‑on, rewarding role, you’ll : Create engaging, play‑based programs that spark curiosity and creativity Build strong relationships with families, children, and your teaching team Support and guide educators to deliver meaningful learning experiences Champion child safety, inclusion, and well‑being in everything you do What You’ll Bring Early Childhood Registration with VIT and recognised Early Childhood Teacher qualification Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications Strong communication and collaboration skills A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and belong Why You’ll Love the Y Work with purpose in a values-driven organisation (Belonging, Respect, Honesty, Nurturing, Excellence) Enjoy ongoing professional development and career growth Be part of a supportive, community-focused network with 700+ colleagues Be part of something bigger — make a difference with Y Kinders.
