About the Role This is a hybrid position combining warehouse operations with administrative tasks. You'll be working mostly independently in a small warehouse setting, with minimal supervision and occasional interaction with office staff. Work split : 60% admin / 40% manual handling Team size : 2-3 people onsite Environment : Quiet, focused, and self‑managed Key Responsibilities Manual pick and pack (no RF scanners) Process orders and prepare dispatch documentation Receive, unpack, and dispatch goods Operate a Walkie Stacker (forklift license a bonus) Manual handling of goods up to 25kg Perform inventory checks and stock management Data entry and light admin (emails, inventory systems) Maintain a clean and safe workspace Support the small on‑site team as needed About You Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg Comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (emails, data entry, inventory systems) Experience with SAP highly desirable Forklift experience / license a bonus Reliable, proactive, and self‑motivated Positive communicator and team player What's on Offer Weekday shifts only (8am-4pm) Supportive and inclusive team culture Potential for permanent employment after 6 months Opportunity to work with a respected global company Small, close-knit team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
