Senior Frontend Engineer – Content Host a core role within Domain’s hybrid consumer web product suite. You will build high‑performance, scalable front‑end solutions and collaborate closely with product, design and back‑end teams to deliver excellent user experiences. What you’ll do Design, build and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript and Node.js services where appropriate. Shape feature delivery from problem definition through to production with Product Managers and Designers. Champion engineering best practices: clean architecture, testing, observability, performance and accessibility. Contribute to Frontend and Architecture Guilds, sharing knowledge and influencing engineering direction. Manage system health, technical debt and resilience for your domain. Participate in on‑call rotations, incident response and post‑incident reviews. Mentor teammates to raise delivery confidence and capability. What you bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript , and exposure to Node.js , API integration and modern build tooling. Ability to design scalable front‑end architecture with clear patterns and separation of concerns. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate trade‑offs effectively. A pragmatic approach to technology choices, balancing innovation, delivery efficiency and maintainability. Interest in performance, reliability and operational excellence – including logging, monitoring and post‑incident learning.
