On a mission to become the #1 EP company in the world. The role (what you’ll do) Assess, design & deliver evidence-based exercise rehab plans that get people back to work and life. Use your programming skills to provide opinion on functional capacity, work capacity & return-to-work plans. Collaborate with insurers, GPs and rehab consultants; keep communication sharp and reports clear. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology (postgrad ideal) ESSA accredited Experience in occupational rehabilitation and as a treatment provider High-level written and verbal communication Strong autonomy and initiative Who thrives here EPs who love variety and want to grow beyond “just treating.” People who value feedback, pace and doing work that matters.
