About the Role We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Attendant(s) with excellent presentation and communication skills to join our dynamic team at Kingfisher Bay Resort on beautiful K'gari (Fraser Island). This is a permanent part‑time position, living on the island working up to 76 hours per fortnight. Your role will involve providing exceptional guest dining experiences, ensuring prompt and professional service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A dynamic personality with the ability to provide an exceptional level of responsible service to guests at all times is essential. Key Role Requirement Proven ability to work in various outlets, inclusive of buffet, a la carte, bakery and bar service. At least 12 months experience in a similar role and a keen desire to develop your skills further. Skills & Qualifications Responsible Service of Alcohol – QLD certificate (RSA) 12 months food and beverage service experience minimum Food Safety Course certificate is preferred Barista experience is desirable Mixologist skills and experience is desirable About Us K'gari is a World Heritage listed island off Australia’s Eastern Queensland coast, the world’s largest sand island, stretching over 120km.
