This role is all about building strong relationships, driving business development, and empowering apprenticeships. Key Responsibilities Provide clear, efficient, and quality information about the Australian Apprenticeship program, including processes, support services, incentives, and financial opportunities. Manage time effectively to maximise productivity in scheduling sign-ups, progress contacts, and sales/marketing activities. Stay up to date with relevant legislation, policies, and MEGT procedures to deliver the best service. Address customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate advice and information. Identify potential issues impacting apprenticeship progress and refer to the appropriate services for support. About you You will be an ambitious, positive, self-starter with a passion for building and maintaining key relationships within the community including: Proven experience in account management or business development Exceptional customer service and administration skills Able to work autonomously with integrity and strong self-discipline Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement Open to change and committed to personal and professional growth Knowledge of the VET sector and Australian Apprenticeship Support Services is highly regarded Current driver’s licence or ability to travel MEGT is committed to providing services that protect and keep children, young people and adults at risk free from harm as we have zero tolerance of racism, discrimination, harm, or abuse.
