As an Employment Mentor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting people living with disability, injury, or health conditions to unlock meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with participants to uncover their strengths, skills, and employment goals. Partner with local employers and community groups to unlock inclusive work opportunities. Provide tailored pre‑employment guidance and ongoing post‑placement support. Achieve real, measurable outcomes with purpose and heart. What You’ll Bring: Passion for empowering people and changing lives. Experience in employment services, or customer service, or community support. An engaging and supportive communication style and the ability to balance priorities. A real drive to meet goals—not just ticking off boxes but creating real impact.
