Join the Hoselink Warehouse Team as a Returns & Repairs Coordinator Are you meticulous, customer-focused, and love a hands-on role? Hoselink is looking for a Full‑Time Returns & Repairs Coordinator to be a key element in achieving customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who can learn and grow with our business. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your primary focus will be the efficient management of product returns, servicing, and repair. You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely distribution of Hoselink products. Our warehouse team is a passionate bunch who work together to deliver on daily targets and celebrate the wins. Key Responsibilities Managing Returns: Taking responsibility for all product returns. Ensuring returned items are checked, returned to stock, and customers are refunded in a timely manner. Managing Repairs: Timely diagnosis of issues, facilitating repair/resolution, and communicating with the customer within set KPIs. This can include lifting heavy items and using drills and tools. Maintaining Inventory: Ensuring accurate stock control, recording all stock movements accurately, and assisting with warehouse organisation. Administration: Managing the returns database for reporting, compiling monthly reports, and general administrative tasks. Safety & Maintenance: Following safety rules, maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, and proactively looking out for potential risks. You Will Bring A positive, proactive approach to work and genuine enjoyment in engaging with teammates. Great communication skills are a must. Diligence in following policies, procedures, and meeting set KPIs. Why Hoselink?
