Join us as we contribute to this significant transition in the energy sector. This role is a 9‑month fixed‑term contract backfilling for parental leave. What You Will Be Doing In partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, you will lead the development of comprehensive attraction strategies and campaigns to enhance AEMO’s brand and attract top talent. Manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, coordinating the candidate process and managing the offer stage while ensuring excellent candidate care. Build an understanding of talent in competitor companies and provide benchmarking/competitor analysis for strategic advantage. Proactively build technical external talent pools for your client groups. Ensure talent acquisition strategies are aligned with AEMO’s DEI objectives and support the development and implementation of initiatives to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the recruitment process. What You Will Bring To The Role A wealth of experience working within in‑house and/or agency, within a digital / technology recruitment role, with demonstrated technical expertise in Digital recruitment. Solution focused attitude and adaptability to an ever‑changing and very busy environment. Strong internal and external stakeholder management, with ability to communicate and influence at all levels. Robust experience using HR tools such as SuccessFactors, Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Hiring Assistant. Proven ability to source digital talent effectively through online platforms, networks and web‑based channels.
