Christmas casual position, potential for ongoing employment for the right person, in our Wagga Wagga store. If you have outstanding customer service skills and have great availability week days & weekends we want to hear from you Ability to work unsupervised and independently. After initial training you will be working solo so must be confident. 18+ applicants only Flirt adult store is looking for reliable, hard working people to work in our store. Role requirements Your application will include the following questions: 1. List examples of your ability to prioritize work flow, implement time management and meet deadlines. 2. Have you worked unsupervised previously and understand the need for confidentiality? Please list examples. 3. Flirt Adult Store requires a high level of oral and written communication skills as part of your role. Please explain how you would: a) word a Facebook post describing a vibrator. 4. Working in retail can present challenges, how would you handle a customer complaint? Do you have experience in conflict resolution? Please list examples. 5. Flirt Adult Store currently consists of 14 stores. We pride ourselves on continuity throughout all stores. The customers are the business keep the customer feeling welcome and warm, so they continue to return. Without customers there is no business. Explain your understanding of this and the importance of customer service principles. 6. Are you familiar with Point-of-Sale systems (POS), MS Office, Google Sheets? Please list programs you are familiar with. 7. The ability to adapt to a changing work environment and flexible hours is very important. You may be required to work at other stores (at times).
