Electrical Apprentices

THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking safety and quality- conscious 1st Year Electrical Apprentice to join our Launceston team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will: Learn how to install cable support systems including cable tray, conduit, catenary, throughout. Assist in installing switchgear, junction boxes, MCCs, transformers, VSDs, lighting, and communications equipment. Observe installation and terminations of High voltage, power, communication, instrument and control cables Be shown correct earthing, bonding of electrical systems across all installations. Learn how to carry out quality checks and basic testing (continuity, insulation resistance) during installation.
