As the National Wholesale Manager, you’ll oversee national wholesale operations with a focus on sales growth, brand development, and team leadership. You’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing strategy, building a motivated sales force, and expanding the brand’s presence across Australia. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the national wholesale sales strategy with accountability for results. Drive growth through effective sales planning, execution, and leadership. Mentor, develop, and motivate sales teams across multiple regions. Strengthen brand awareness and market position throughout Australia. Build and manage key customer, supplier, and stakeholder relationships. Identify market opportunities and develop plans to capitalise on emerging trends. Collaborate with marketing and product teams on pricing and promotional strategies. Monitor performance and report regularly to senior leadership. About You You are a confident and motivated sales leader who thrives on responsibility and delivering results. You have a proven track record in sales and team development, ideally within the tyre or automotive industry, and are ready to lead growth on a national scale. You will bring: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales or wholesale management role. Strong leadership skills and proven experience building high‑performing teams. Strategic thinking with a practical, hands‑on approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Demonstrated success in driving growth and achieving targets. A proactive and decisive leadership style focused on execution and results. Willingness to travel throughout Australia as required.
