What you'll be doing Work in a catastrophe Industry - and accept things dont go to plan but we do it anyway to get hail damaged cars quoted and repared Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing friendly and efficient assistance Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain detailed records of customer calls and emails and follow up as needed Assist with scheduling and coordinating service appointments Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services What we're looking for Previous experience in a Call Centre & Customer Service role is ideal - but the right people with the right skills can pick it up quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Ability to cope with developing situaitons, sometimes conflicting direction - all in response to unforseen hail events.
