Lifestyle Activities Volunteers Needed at The Orchards Aged Care Community The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Baptcare. The Orchards Aged Care Community in Doncaster East are looking for volunteers to help support our older residents in having wonderful, fulfilling days. As a Baptcare volunteer, you’ll receive full induction and support, ensuring a rewarding experience. Activities Games and puzzles Coffee Club Dining with friends Exercise and walking groups Bingo Entertainment Chatting (Companion Volunteer) Themed days (e.g., Melbourne Cup, holidays, cultural events) Is This You? We welcome volunteers from all walks of life, over 18 students, retirees, part-time workers, stay-at-home parents, and professionals. Job Details Category: Seniors & Aged Care Commitment: Regular – less than 6 months Type of Work: Arts, Craft & Photography, Companionship & Social Support, Seniors & Aged Care Time Required: When: Any day from Sunday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm, or on Saturday between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
