Your Role As a Building Regulations Officer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering customer-focused planning, building, and compliance services. You’ll provide expert technical guidance on building regulations and planning policies, ensuring high-quality assessments and determinations. Your Responsibilities Assessing Building Information Certificates Providing technical building and planning advice Addressing Swimming Pool Safety matters Preparing detailed assessment reports and documentation Engaging with stakeholders to promote compliance and safety Supporting continuous improvement in service delivery Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in building regulations and a passion for community service. You’ll be confident working independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and technical writing skills.
