About this role: This is a casual position, but we have the equivalent of full‑time hours available for you. Electronic Product Assembly starts with a Printed Circuit Board and ends with a complete end‑product ready to ship to the customer. To create this end‑product you will perform the following; Daily Tasks and Accountabilities: Assemble products in a safe & timely manner to meet production targets. Ensure the manufactured product meets quality standards. Ensure 100% of all products are tested & results recorded. Follow instructions on the assembly process without deviation. Adhere to all WHS regulations, policies, and procedures. Assist in improving existing production procedures & processes. Perform duties in accordance with the relevant Environmental policies, procedures and legislation. Actively report any Environmental hazards or incidents through the appropriate channels. Any other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager that are deemed reasonable and fall within the scope of the Production line. Essential Skills and Experience: Experience in manufacturing Constructing small electronic products Manual hand assembly skills Ability to operate a computer Able to read and follow instructions Ability to follow and carry out quality control inspections Able to work autonomously and in a team Reliable and efficient Understanding of electronic components Experience carrying out electrical testing Experience in Continuous Improvement techniques & methodology On the job training is available to upskill you in required areas Our Culture At Elexon Mining we are proud of our friendly and supportive company culture.
