Now Hiring: Experienced Animal Attendant — AAA Pet Resort Gold Coast Do you have a passion for animals and thrive in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment? AAA Pet Resort Gold Coast, Queensland’s luxury home‑away‑from‑home for furry guests is looking for a dedicated and experienced Animal Attendant to join our passionate team of pet care professionals. About the Role This role is hands‑on, dynamic, and best suited to someone with previous animal care experience who takes pride in providing exceptional care and service. You’ll be part of a team that goes above and beyond to make sure every fur baby feels happy, safe, and loved every single day. Your days will include: Providing daily care, feeding, grooming, and exercise for our guests. Bathing and coat care for dogs and cats, including ear and eye cleaning. Monitoring animal health, behaviour, and wellbeing, and reporting any changes. Ensuring rooms, play yards, and common areas are cleaned and sanitised to our 5‑paw standard. Managing bookings, client communication, check‑ins and check‑outs. Administering medication and following strict quarantine and disease control procedures. Delivering warm, professional customer service — both face‑to‑face and over the phone. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who: Has previous experience in animal care, boarding, or veterinary environments. Can work independently and use sound judgement in every situation. Has good physical fitness and confidence in handling large or energetic dogs. Strong initiative and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. Has excellent customer service and communication skills. Holds a deep passion for animals and understands how to anticipate their needs. Has a current driver’s licence and reliable transport (hours may vary).
