Make a meaningful contribution to service excellence Join a dedicated and high-performing Service Centre Enhance your skills with training and development opportunities The role Full Time Fixed Term (12 months) Level 4 - $73,230 to $79,494 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Bathurst or Wagga Wagga 3 x positions As the Customer Service Adviser you will play a key role in delivering high quality student focused support. As the first point of contact for Charles Sturt students you will respond to enquiries via phone, chat, email, and front counter service ensuring timely assistance and efficient administration throughout the student lifecycle. About you Passion for providing outstanding customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident using integrated platforms and digital tools to manage high-volume enquiries and workflows Analytical thinker with a solution focused mindset Experience in a contact centre environment / working with KPIs would be highly regarded About us The Division of Student Experience provides strategic leadership and delivery of innovative non-academic services across the student lifecycle easing administrative burden and creating engaging and motivating touchpoints for students and stakeholders. The Division works across the University to bring together student experience functions for a seamless and engaging student journey from initial enquiry to becoming a proud alum. Student Experience is the first point of contact for students advocating for the student voice and ensuring our students are at the centre of our thinking and processes.
