Responsibilities Work within our contracts team in close proximity to our Projects, Site Managers and Estimators. Assist the Project Manager in planning and implementation of multiple projects. Maintain a strong focus on safety and ensure procedures are always followed. Resolve technical issues on site. Oversee on-site activities, supervise specialist sub-contractors, and complete QA – ITP's, method statements, etc. Maintain daily site records and report to senior management on project progress. Develop, interpret, review, negotiate and manage contracts on behalf of the organisation. Assist in the commercial management of ongoing projects, ensuring all parties fulfil directives and standards in our contracts, and comply with local and federal laws. Play a key part in ensuring the success of our projects through strong communication, technical proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail during delivery. Qualifications Relevant engineering degree. Demonstrated history as a Site Engineer. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Driven and enthusiastic with a positive, hands‑on attitude to project delivery. Ability to determine priorities and manage work accordingly.
