The Opportunity As our Area Manager – Queensland South you’ll lead, coach, and inspire our growing team of Store Leaders and Piercers across the country. You’ll drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and be a champion for the SkinKandy 'Kulture'. You’ll be: Leading and motivating a team across multiple growing stores Coaching and developing Store Managers and upskilling future leaders Owning store performance – sales, KPIs, shrinkage, presentation, and people Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting talent growth Ensuring safety, compliance, and customer experience are next-level Working closely with HQ in Australia to roll out national strategies locally What You Bring Proven multi-site retail or hospitality management experience A genuine love for people leadership and development Strong commercial mindset – you know how to hit and exceed targets Excellent communication and time management skills Flexibility to travel regularly across Gold Coast and Brisbane South Passion for the SkinKandy brand, with high standards for service and presentation Retail experience in beauty, fashion, accessories or body piercing is a bonus , but not a must – we’ll train you on the technical side Unlock job insights AI Job match analysis Salary match Number of applicants Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
