Your leadership will ensure high-quality service delivery, professional growth, and operational efficiency across the program. You will also maintain your own practice in intensive in‑home support, working directly with families to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This hands‑on component keeps you connected to client needs while modelling best practice for your team. A key part of your role will be client advocacy and stakeholder engagement. You'll build strong relationships with external partners, represent the needs of children and families, and ensure services are coordinated effectively to achieve positive outcomes. Flexibility is essential, as you will work within client needs between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, and travel routinely within the catchment area to provide support where it's most needed. This is a Permanent, Full‑time position (38 hours per week) Based in Underwood The position will commence on 5th of January. About You To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria: Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, human services, or a related discipline (postgraduate preferred). Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical and therapeutic services, including child protection or family intervention. Proven ability to supervise and lead a team, managing performance and professional development. Advanced expertise in trauma‑informed care, child development theories, and therapeutic frameworks. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in multi‑agency collaboration. Previous leadership experience with at least 3 years of team‑leading experience (clinical lead, team leader, or similar role). A valid Blue Card is required for this position. Ready to apply?
