We are looking for an ambitious QA Engineer to join our dynamic tech team. The Role As a QA Engineer, you will be a critical part of our engineering team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting‑edge platform. You will be the guardian of our user experience, meticulously testing new features and safeguarding our existing functionality through rigorous regression testing to ensure a seamless experience for our users. What You’ll Do Own and execute comprehensive manual testing to ensure the stability of our platform with every release. The phases you’ll be involved with include: Progression testing / e2e Blackbox testing UAT (UX) Downstream and flow through testing Design, develop, execute and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for new features and functionalities. Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using our bug tracking system. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage. Provide clear and concise feedback to improve usability, performance, and overall platform quality. Participate in release planning and contribute to go/no‑go decisions. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on manual testing. Demonstrable expertise in creating and executing manual regression test suites. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira). Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright). Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for finding elusive bugs. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, working in a continuous deployment cycle, tools for API Testing such as Postman/Insomnia or tools for log analysis and troubleshooting is essential.
