Job Description Life in the fast lane As our Education Program Coordinator , you will be joining the Corporate Affairs and Communications team to support the delivery and execution of the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix event. This is a casual position, based at the Albert Park Circuit, which ends on March 15, 2026. Reporting into the Manager – Strategic Partnerships, the Education Program Coordinator is responsible for driving positive brand outcomes and stakeholder relationships through the Driving Learning education program. This position will also play a key role in the delivery of the Innovation Hub Precinct, as well as key deliverables for our partners. Additionally, you will: Support event delivery across the Driving Learning program, Innovation Hub and Tech Talk Stage Build awareness, drive engagement and manage registrations for the Driving Learning education program. Coordinate event logistics for the program including ticketing and responding to participant queries Oversee administration of exhibitor documentation and compliance requirements Coordinate seminar and workshop timetable for the Tech Talk Stage Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful activations What you'll bring to the role: Prior experience in a similar role. Skills and experience in working with children, Maturity, initiative and the ability to maintain a calm and controlled demeanor in a fast-paced and complex environment, The ability to work autonomously and independently, and as a constructive team member, as required.
