This is not a desk only role. You’ll be moving around, helping members, keeping the gym clean and welcoming, and supporting the team in daily operations. Key Responsibilities Greeting members and delivering exceptional customer service Handling new enquiries via email, phone, social media, and face-to-face Managing membership signups, sales, renewals, and retention Basic social media duties (posting updates, filming content, replying to messages) Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe gym environment Assisting trainers and management with general tasks Opening/closing duties depending on shift What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Confident using CRM, social media, and basic admin systems Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast paced gym environment Someone who takes initiative and enjoys helping people A friendly, positive attitude.
