Your Role

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to partner with multiple cross functional business areas to clearly understand and align the business requirements needed to achieve the intended outcome of the initiative. This will be enabled by building relationships, communicating clearly, working with ambiguity, collaborating, constructively challenging, negotiating and influencing.You'll bridge the gap between IT and the business using analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver recommendations to stakeholders. You'll design, plan, estimate and structure the business analysis approach, inform and shape the sequencing and packaging of business analysis activities, manage the integrity of the agreed business solution through delivery, including both business and technology requirements.To be successful in this role, you'll constructively challenge and influence respectfully to ensure desired business outcomes are achieved for the initiative as per the agreed business solution

About You

• Demonstrated experience undertaking business analysis with large groups of multiple cross functional business areas on large scale programs of work via multiple mediums across multiple locations• Demonstrated experience undertaking business process analysis and design to inform and enable quality project outcomes• Demonstrated experience of a Business Partnering mindset and a team player with good business relationship, influencing and collaboration skills• Certified Agile/Scrum qualifications and Certified Business Analyst• Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) qualification• Desired personal or commercial insurance knowledge and experience• Desired HCD, CX, UX, Design Thinking• Solid business analysis experience on a diverse range of projects e.g. business transformation, application development, process re-design• Experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence toolsets
