Inclusion Professional Position - Alice Springs Early Childhood Australia – Alice Springs NT Position available in our Inclusion Professional team - Alice Springs Alice Springs, Alice Springs & Central Australia NT Teaching - Early Childhood (Education & Training) Full time position commencing on Monday 19th January 2026 (negotiable) Are you interested in being a game changer in our early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector? Are you passionate about ALL children getting to access, participate and contribute to high quality early learning and care environments in their very formative developmental years? Do you have particular interest and skill in supporting early childhood educators to provide quality inclusive practices and environments for all children. If so, then come and work with Early Childhood Australia, NT (ECANT). ECANT operates the federal government-funded Inclusion Support Program (ISP) across the whole of the Northern Territory supporting ECEC services in urban, rural and remote communities to increase capacity and capability to include ALL children. This is a full-time Inclusion Professional position based in Alice Springs, requiring overnight stays in very remote Aboriginal communities. The successful candidate will work closely with services, families, communities, and other stakeholders. You'd need to love a road trip in the desert and be happy to catch a light aircraft into communities as needed. You'd need to be able to really listen and use your best ECEC skills, experience, and aspirations to contribute to inclusive, equitable, quality programs and services for some of Australia's most geographically isolated children and families. The must -haves: Minimum Certificate III/IV level tertiary qualification required Recent experience defined as within 2 years in the education and care sector Current driver's license Ability to travel to remote services, including time away from home Both Working with Children Check and police clearance required Applicants with previous Inclusion Professional experience will be highly regarded ECA provides access to continuous training and professional development, attractive working conditions including 5 weeks annual leave, and a diverse and dynamic work culture.
