Overview We are partnering exclusively with one of the most dynamic full-service investment banks to appoint a high-performing Vice President into their Real Estate Corporate Finance team. They have built one of the most active and differentiated Real Estate advisory businesses across listed and private markets — advising on complex, high-profile transactions and capital raisings for many of the sector’s most sophisticated clients. The Opportunity A rare chance to step into a visible, high-impact VP role leading landmark real estate transactions, working closely with senior bankers, and contributing to the continued growth of a top-tier franchise. Base pay range A$280,000.00/yr - A$375,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, capital raisings and strategic advisory mandates Drive financial analysis, modelling, valuations and transaction documentation Manage due diligence processes and coordinate legal, accounting and technical advisors Build and deepen client relationships; contribute to strategic ideas and pitches Mentor Associates and Analysts; support team development Work with senior leadership on business development and new opportunities Candidate Profile 6+ years in investment banking or corporate finance Strong track record in real estate transactions (listed or private) Deep technical capability and advanced modelling/valuation skills Proven ability to lead complex processes independently Strong communication skills and confident client presence Collaborative, low-ego, high-performance mindset Why This Role Stands Out Work on market-defining transactions across public and private markets High visibility, autonomy and clear progression Access to an exceptional client base: REITs, fund managers, PE, sovereign wealth funds, developers A dynamic, non-hierarchical culture that rewards initiative Employee ownership model that aligns long-term success If you’re a driven VP ready for a high-impact role within one of the most dynamic full-service investment banks, I’d welcome a confidential conversation.
