About the Role As a Workshop Assembler / Technician , you’ll play an important role in our production process—helping to build, maintain, and improve our premium campers. You’ll work alongside a supportive team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork. Your day-to-day will include: Assisting with assembly, service, and warranty work while maintaining high standards of quality. Performing hands‑on assembly, upgrades, and maintenance with attention to detail. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues to keep production running smoothly. Supporting administrative tasks like processing orders, maintaining schedules, and tracking inventory. Conducting quality checks to ensure all products meet our internal and industry standards. Keeping up to date with the latest industry practices and technologies to continuously improve how we work. What We’re Looking For Enjoy working in a team environment. Are comfortable speaking with customers when needed. Have good problem‑solving skills and can work independently. Are organized, computer‑savvy, and great at managing priorities. Stay calm under pressure and take pride in doing a job well. Have experience using hand and power tools.
