With more new clinics coming on board and greater opportunities across key product categories, we’re looking for a relationship-focused professional to manage these accounts, drive customer success, and help us continue delivering exceptional service in this fast-growing region. We thrive on Trust, Innovation, Action, and Care - and we want you to join us as we continue to make waves in the industry. Your Role Onboard and support new primary healthcare clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high retention and repeat ordering. Provide timely product guidance and solutions across our medical range. Analyse client purchasing trends and identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and insights. Work closely with the BDM to support cross-selling and up-selling strategies. Skills, Experience & Attributes 4 years or more experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success or Sales Healthcare or medical consumables experience is highly advantageous Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to analyse data and spot opportunities Strong organisational skills and follow-through A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset What’s In It for You?
