Who we are looking for:A Senior Estimator who has a demonstrated track record working on a variety of

medium and high-rise residential developments

($10M - $50M) with reputable companies accompanied by reliable associated tenures. Our client build, from start to finish, ensuring optimum consistency, cost efficiency and quality of finishes on every project they take on.

The position of Senior Estimator will see you responsible for:Preparation of the initial estimating assessment of tendersLiaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal procurement team to negotiate pricingComparison and analysis of subcontractor pricingLiaise with the construction teams to finalise tender submission prices prior to submissionsPresenting cost estimates to Senior Management and Project ManagersExploring documentation to gain a deep understanding of the project scope of works and tender frameworkManaging the tender process with the assigned Project Manager including the Bid Submission

Desired skills and qualifications that will see you be successful in this role as Senior Estimator:Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity SurveyingSubstantial

LOCAL
