JOB DESCRIPTION

The Hubspot Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms with demonstrated capability of Hubspot specialization and expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve marketing objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute segmentation and lead scoring strategies to effectively target and personalize communications.Use our MarTech (HubSpot, NetSuite, and Salesforce) to design, test, and optimize automation workflows and campaignsDesign, implement, and manage automation workflows aligned with business goalsAnalyze metrics, provide insights for improving ROI, and ensure accurate MarTech reportingWork with sales and marketing team to Identify and resolve issues within marketing and sales systemsUnderstand and leverage marketing analytics for decision-making.Act as the main point of contact with the HubSpot account manager

Evaluate data to optimize strategies and processes.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong understanding of MarTech SaaS stack, including, HubSpot CRM, Netsuite, Salesforce, and Google Analytics/Tag Manager.Experience building campaign journey / automation workflows in HubspotExperience implementing and configuring complex MarTech systems like CDPs, Customer Engagement Platforms, and CRMs.Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google, Social Media, Email, Push, and SMPrevious experience in a technical email marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation roleHigh degree of initiative and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of the wider Digital team.This role is managed by Soprano Design's recruitment team, no agencies please.#J-18808-Ljbffr
