In this role, you will lead the delivery of data analytics across multiple business areas, focusing on identifying key opportunities and risks across regulatory, financial, and customer experience processes. You will apply a range of analytical techniques to interpret data, identify anomalies and root causes, assess data quality, and recommend improvements that drive meaningful change. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support senior stakeholders and guide strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with teams across the business, present your findings confidently, and help shape improvements to systems, processes, and reporting. Experienced in applying analytical techniques to business scenarios to uncover insights, opportunities, and risks; Skilled at translating analysis into clear, actionable business insights that support decision‑making; Proficient in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders; Knowledge of technology that supports the application of data analysis; Knowledge of data analysis techniques and how to apply them and how to provide business intelligence.
