Digital Mental Health Project Officer Location : Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne – open to hybrid or home‑based work arrangements. St Vincent’s Health Australia, Australia’s largest not‑for‑profit health provider, is building a nationally funded digital mental health service that improves access and outcomes for communities across Australia. The new 24‑month fixed‑term full‑time role supports the establishment, implementation and embedding of this programme, driving project coordination, operational readiness, workflow development and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Project coordination and delivery – plan, schedule, track milestones and monitor key deliverables. Risk, compliance and needs‑analysis – ensure alignment with service objectives and document learnings. Reporting and governance – prepare concise documentation, reports, presentations and briefings for steering groups and forums. Stakeholder and communication – build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate effective cross‑functional communication. Operational and clinical readiness – develop workflows, guidelines, quality and safety documentation and operational materials, and support workforce management tasks and lived‑experience engagement activities. Continuous improvement – contribute to ongoing quality improvement and innovation across digital mental health service delivery. Essential Qualifications Experience supporting complex, cross‑functional healthcare or digital health projects. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management capability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including synthesis and presentation of information. Ability to manage work independently within fixed deadlines and multiple deliverables. Proficiency with project management tools, methods and documentation. Strong organisational and time‑management capability. Desirable Qualifications Experience in digital health, mental health or service implementation projects. Understanding of implementation and evaluation frameworks.
