Dump Truck Operators | Gold Production

Tecside is currently recruiting experienced Dump Truck Operators for various small, high-performing gold mine sites in the Goldfields. These are ongoing FIFO roles on a 2 : 1 roster with excellent pay, paid travel, and long-term opportunities. Pay Rates – Dump Truck Operators: $50-$55 / hr Onsite Days – 7 days on site, 7 nights, 7 off (FIFO from Perth) Supportive site culture – strong safety standards and great camp facilities. Long‑term opportunity – temp-to-perm potential. Required Experience – Minimum 3 years' gold production mining experience. Proven operation – operating CAT 777 and Komatsu 785 dump trucks in production environments. Commitment required – strong safety work practices and production targets. Mandatory Requirements – Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months), Able to pass a Pre‑Employment Medical + LABDAS, Demonstrated experience in a production mining environment.
