Key Responsibilities Create a warm, professional welcome for our team, clients, and visitors — you’ll set the tone for the day the moment someone walks through the door. Own our front of house, managing calls, emails, meeting room bookings, and keeping communal spaces tidy and inviting. Keep the office humming, coordinating mail, deliveries, office supplies, and facilities with precision and care. Work closely with suppliers and service partners to ensure everything runs efficiently — from coffee beans to cleaning contracts. Support finance tasks, including processing office invoices and purchase orders. Help bring our culture to life — from team lunches and celebrations to off‑site adventures. Organise on‑site “Team Connect” days and social events that people genuinely look forward to. Make new team members feel right at home from their very first day. Keep things organised, maintaining office records and documentation with care. Jump in to support where needed, whether it’s an ad hoc project, a last‑minute event, or a new initiative that helps our growing team thrive. Who You Are You’re the kind of person who loves being at the centre of it all — the friendly face people turn to when they need something done (or just a great coffee). You thrive on keeping things organised, bringing calm to busy days, and creating a workplace that feels welcoming, connected, and full of good energy. Previous experience in a front of house, office administration, or facilities coordination role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional manner. A knack for organisation and attention to detail. A proactive approach and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Confidence using a range of software and admin tools. A collaborative spirit — you love contributing to a positive, people‑first culture.
