Offering the potential of higher remuneration, the room rental and services model is well suited to an experienced and/or confident psychologist who is motivated to take responsibility for both their clinical work quality and business success. On the other hand, as an employee, you will have the benefit of a steady income and will receive structured learning and clinical guidance while working closely with a senior clinical psychologist. You will also have the capacity to earn bonuses depending on how many clients you choose to see and plenty of autonomy in your role. Choose Your Own Path OPTION 1: Room Rental & Services Arrangement (1.5 to 3 days per week) We Offer: Room rental and services arrangement with take‑home pay of $143–$188.5 per hour, depending on your registration and working hours Referral stream to help you build and sustain your caseload Financial incentives for after‑hours and Saturday work Performance‑based financial incentives to reward your success Flexible working arrangements – choose your own hours and caseload Supportive team culture with monthly peer supervision Use of Halaxy practice management software, including Telehealth services at no extra cost Access to clinical templates (e.g. GP letters, case notes) Full training on all systems, processes and procedures Ongoing support and guidance throughout your time with us Opportunities to work with adults, young people, and children across a wide range of presentations Discounted supervision with a senior clinical psychologist and AHPRA‑approved supervisor – available to general psychologists, clinical psychologists, and clinical registrars About You: General registration with AHPRA Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own caseload Confident delivering evidence‑based therapy, with interest in longer‑term work Previous private practice experience preferred Looking for a beautiful, non‑corporate space to grow your work in your own way Please note: In line with our streamlined model, no administrative support is provided past the point of intake. Excellent automations are in place to minimise the administrative load. This approach helps keep service fees low so you keep more of what you earn. OPTION 2: Employee Psychologist (Full Time or Part Time, min 3 days) – Early Career Support & Mentoring We Offer: $90,000–$125,000 (pro‑rata) base salary + up to $30,000 in annual bonuses (paid quarterly) Set your pace by choosing how many clients you see and be rewarded for your hard work with bonuses for meeting KPIs. Weekly or fortnightly 1:1 supervision with a senior Clinical Psychologist. Clinical registrar supervision is available. A generous professional development budget and paid PD leave High degree of autonomy within the role, including negotiable working hours, negotiable duties, freedom to work with clients you want to work with and much more.
