Location: Lansvale NSWEmployment Type: Full TimeReports to: Warehouse Manager Role Overview We are rapidly growing Boonma Pty Ltd, a family‑run leader in the automotive parts industry for over 30 years, is seeking a Junior Pick Packer to support our warehouse operations. This entry‑level role offers an excellent opportunity to join a trusted business and develop skills in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. As a Junior Pick Packer, you'll assist with picking, packing, and dispatching orders to ensure our customers receive accurate and timely deliveries. Prior experience is not required, but a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn and being reliable and punctual are essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Learn to pick and pack orders accurately following company guidelines. Assist with performing quality checks to ensure correct items are picked and packed. Support warehouse organization by stocking shelves and keeping track of inventory. Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing stock within the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow health and safety procedures. Work as part of the warehouse team to complete tasks efficiently and support order fulfilment. Key Skills and Qualifications No prior experience necessary, but any warehouse or pick/packer experience is an advantage. Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a can‑do attitude. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking (training provided). Physical ability to lift and move stock safely. Holding a valid driver’s licence will be an advantage. Must be able to lift and handle items up to 30kg safely. Must have Australian work rights. Why Join Us?
