Responsibilities Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants’ homes to day centres, parks and even at the beach. Our mentoring pathway develops the full spectrum of skills you need to succeed and take on new opportunities. Support and Supervision: 1:1 supervisor and colleagues who support you. Professional Development: extensive internal PD schedule plus personal budget. Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per year. Resources: laptop, phone and therapy and assessment resources ready to grab and go. Freedom to Work Your Way Better Flex Policy: flexible hours and ability to flex off after client work. National opportunities across 30 Australian sites. About You PBS registration. Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal. A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle. NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain). 4+ years of Behaviour Support experience.
