As Senior Contracts Analyst your work will influence how we govern vendor relationships ensure compliance and support business growth across 23 countries. By joining us youll play a vital role in supporting Ivantis strategic goals and partnering cross-functionally with teams across the globe. What youll do : Contract Lifecycle Management : Lead the drafting negotiation review and administration of complex contractsincluding vendor agreements technology / software licensing NDAs and strategic partnerships. Vendor Governance : Oversee the end-to-end vendor contract process ensuring strict compliance with both internal policies and regulatory standards. Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a senior point of contact between Ivanti and vendors business leaders and internal stakeholders. Manage complex queries and escalations and uphold contract obligations. Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements in workflows documentation and reporting for better transparency and efficiency. Compliance Oversight : Monitor and address compliance risks for contracts and vendor relationships in line with global regulations industry standards and internal frameworks. Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with legal procurement finance operations and technology teams worldwide to support key commercial and strategic initiatives. Mentoring and Best Practices : Mentor junior team members and champion best practices in contract and vendor management. What you will bring : Extensive contract administration experience : Youll ideally have over 5 years in contract management or legal functions ideally in technology / SaaS. Vendor management expertise : Demonstrated success managing high-value vendor contracts and relationshipsincluding handling escalations and performance reviews. Organizational excellence : Proven ability to manage multiple complex contract processes with strong attention to detail. Communication skills : Advanced written and verbal skills including negotiation and stakeholder engagement at all levels. Technical proficiency : Comfortable with contract management tools (Ironclad DocuSign CLM solutions) as well as Salesforce Jira and Microsoft Office. Global regulatory knowledge : Experience managing contracts and compliance across multiple jurisdictions with deep understanding of data privacy technology and regulatory frameworks. Analytical mindset : Skilled at identifying issues developing solutions and driving process enhancements.
