Culinary and Operations Coach (Area Manager) Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen (GYG) is Australia’s only fast‑food restaurant that is 100% clean. Job Description As the Area Manager you will lead and motivate our corporate network of restaurants in Victoria, driving sales growth, ensuring food safety and quality, and building great restaurant teams that create an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Lead multi‑site management, working with corporate stores and franchisees. Motivate and support restaurant teams to achieve sales and profitability targets. Maintain food safety, quality and hygiene standards across all sites. Build high performing cultures aligned with GYG values and brand. Provide regular performance reviews and coaching to site managers. Qualifications Multi‑site management experience, dealing with corporate stores and/or franchisees. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Commitment to GYG brand advocacy. Proven experience driving profitability. Knowledge of culinary excellence.
