Job Description: We seek an experienced and highly motivated Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our team to lead our large commercial external maintenance sites in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance and the sites activities within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out and supervise all on-site outdoor landscape maintenance activities, including irrigation. Liaise with clients & operations management on regular basis. Oversee and manage all activities on site, contracted and ad-hoc. Further develop existing contract schedules and reporting, working within budget allowances. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide guidance, mentorship and support to team members. Benefits Work-life balance and flexibility - no weekend work. Qualifications and Skills Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Horticulturalist within the industry. Strong understanding of Health and Safety compliance. Solid knowledge of industry approved practices, techniques and materials. Excellent organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant qualifications in horticulture are required. Manual drivers licence / competence is preferred, not mandatory. Ability to use maintenance software with ease and basic Windows and iOS skills.
