Whether you’re an experienced quality professional or just starting in the industry, Little Creatures Fremantle has an exciting opportunity that could kick‑start your career — with plenty of room to grow and develop along the way We’re on the lookout for two Part-Time Laboratory Assistants (internal job title is Brewing Quality Analyst) to join our Brewing Quality team on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract in Fremantle. No lab experience? No worries — we’ll provide full on‑the‑job training to set you up for success. We have 4 hours morning shifts Monday to Friday, and 5 hours evening shifts Monday to Thursday, you will be required to be available for both shift patterns. What you’ll do: Run, clean, and maintain basic lab equipment like pH meters, density meters, and microscopes. Collect samples from brewing vessels, water tanks, and other parts of our industrial environment. Work closely with brewers to monitor brewing processes, including testing beer quality. Order and manage lab supplies such as beakers, flasks, and chemicals. Keep the lab neat and organised so everything runs smoothly. What we’re looking for: Someone with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a laboratory and industrial setting. Good communication and teamwork skills.
