Our commitment extends to ensuring that our team members receive the same level of care and attention as our clients About the role In this role, the Field Service Technician will provide exceptional support to Perth-based hospitals, aged cares, medical practices and more on a 8am - 5pm roster, but some regional travel will be involved alongside some occasional out-of-hours work. Your duties will include but not be limited to: providing effective, proficient, and timely service according to a preventative maintenance schedule attending and resolving breakdowns on equipment providing customers with reports and feedback on their service requests training customers with Operator Instructions for their equipment developing/maintaining relationships with customers maintaining accurate inventory of equipment, service parts and tools About you We are seeking candidates with the following: Full Australian working rights essential (we cannot provide sponsorship at this time ) 3 years previous Technician experience A Grade or Restricted Electrical License (preferred but not essential ) Previous Autoclave servicing experience highly preferred Current driver's license Current National Police Check Sound computer literacy & knowledge of fault-finding techniques Willingness to be on a roster for out-of-hours work.
